Industrial Arts

The Industrial Arts program at CLJHS provides the students with hands on, life-long learning skills needed in our ever-changing society and world. Each course offers many design, problem solving, and co-operative education opportunities in a safe and meaningful environment.  In this option, students will be given an introduction to Woodworking, graphic design, 3D printing and be offered experiences in creating a wide variety of projects while integrating technology where possible.. A mandatory safety module is done in this course as well that ensures students are ready to work in the shop environment.  At CLJHS all materials for each project are provided to students free of charge due our partnership with Merit Contractors Association.
